- Wraps- turn any sandwich into a wrap with lettuce
- Apple and turkey or ham sandwiches- the apples are the bread, great with mustard
- Ham, green onion and avocado roll ups- the ham is the tortilla
- Cucumber sandwiches- tuna- the cucumber is the bread
- Bell pepper sandwiches- the bell pepper is the bread
- Bacon and guacamole sandwiches- the bacon is the bread

- Leftover burger patties with mustard and kraut
- Quinoa cakes and Paleo ranch
- Ham or prosciutto wrapped around melon
- Turkey patties with sprouts and Paleo ranch
- Grass fed hot dog and raw kraut with mustard
- Beef jerky or homemade
- Egg muffins
- Scotch eggs
- Pork Rinds with hot sauce
- Smoked salmon, onion and capers (lox), and lemon
