I offer one-on coaching in two different formats. Either a single, one hour session for my full 3 month program. The 3 month, private coaching program is the ultimate if you're looking for specific, one on one coaching. I'll help you set and crush your goals. You'll also learn how to elevate relationships and home life, take charge of your career, release your stress and how to take care of yourself so you can live a healthy, blissful life. This program is completely custom and we meet every other week in the form that best suits your busy schedule!
The Official Wellness Vixen Program
This 8 week program is the REAL DEAL. We'll set goals and complete exercises together to determine what's most important to you. Each week, we focus on a different area of your life to elevate. This program was designed to repair your relationship with the mirror, reclaim your wardrobe and to unlock the key to true health and happiness.
Week 1: Think (set program goals and action plans, meditation tools and challenge, welcome call)
Week 2: Sleep (sleep diary, sleep reset challenge, set sleep goals)
Week 3: Organize (clearing clutter and organizing, time management techniques, healthy finances)
Week 4: Eat (meal planning bootcamp, how to prep cook, 1 week clean eating challenge) + Goal check!
Week 5: Drink (water challenge, smoothie and juice recipes, alcohol and coffee dry week)
Week 6: Sweat (1 week challenge, find your favorite way to sweat)
Week 7: Love (elevate platonic, love and professional relationships, learn about love languages, )
Week 8: Celebrate (how to entertain like a Vixen, goal evaluation, end of program celebration and certificate)
